Meg Baisden - Megan - I hear you! I can't imagine living somewhere without a Publix! In our old house, we'd drive 18 minutes one way to get to Publix, passing four other grocery stores on the way - we are so loyal! I'm a fan of their produce & bakery area most of all - they even make yummy wedding cakes! In college, Charles and I went to the grand opening of a new location near campus - it was like going to Disneyland!  (7/12/12, 9:57am) Megan - This is so funny...one thing Tom and I kept saying and STILL say after moving to Chicago from PC FL is that the thing we miss the most...is Publix (we used to also say Chick-Fil-A but they finally opened a few up here)! Dominics, Jewel, etc just do not compare in quality and customer service...sigh. Oh well, at least we have Whole Foods (otherwise known as Whole Paycheck)  (7/12/12, 8:39am)
