Brittany + Adam come from a long line of Meg Baisden Photography clients. Where do we start... I guess it all goes back to Laura C, and the ADPi girls at Florida State University. The trail even sidesteps through Destin last summer, with the wedding of Jen + Tom, and will continue on! Brittany's sister, Kara, has been a long time blogstalker, so it was great to get to see her again! (I know you are reading this, Kara!) :-)

Here are a few images just to tease you a little! Enjoy.

Meet Brittany.

Reunion was absolutely gorgeous. It is a golfing community located SW of Orlando and had the most stunning grounds.

A tender moment...meet Adam as he sees his bride walking the long aisle to him.

We do.

Brittany - Meg says to say that she was just leaving the wreath in this shot to poke a little fun. ;)

A little private time with Meg.

What a great view.

Cheers!

Congratulations, Brittany + Adam. Happy, like, 5 day anniversary :)

Maria + Rich threw the quintessential "Southern" wedding in Bluffton, SC to kick off the month of November. It was an AMAZING day with perfect weather! Here are a few snaps from the day to hold you lovebirds over.

Bluffton, SC | Rose Hill Plantation

The Rose Hill Plantation house is LOADED with history. The most amazing piece for me -- a check signed by Andrew Jackson...actual confederate money. I was a history minor in college, and am just a huge history buff in general, so it was incredible to see!

Details.

Meet Maria.

Seriously.

First sight!

Look at these little hams.

Another Greek ceremony. How lucky are we?

The weather, the air, the light - everything about this wedding was idyllic.

LOVING the moss.

We'd be remiss if we didn't absolutely sing the praises of our FAVORITE Bluffton, SC caterer Leah of Downtown Catering Company who was kind enough to refer Maria + Rich to us. Leah - there isn't enough we can do to say "thanks". Brides out there - have your wedding in Bluffton, SC JUST to get to use Leah!!! Hopefully this tiny little plug will make its way back to you. :-)

Maria's grandfather was the highlight of the evening. He generously "tipped" the bride & groom throughout the evening as they circled the dancefloor, littering the place with dollar bills throughout the evening. A broom had to be brought in just to collect it all!

Meg is *obsessed* with paper lanterns. You should see the crazy collection she has here at the house. I'll even be hanging a few for Thanksgiving tomorrow. (sigh)

Congratulations Maria + Rich!!! more images soon!

Jessica + Andy planned a Seminole wedding. With Meg & I both being FSU alums, we were right at home. It was actually a little nostalgic getting to see the fountain again, and relive some wonderful memories. Here are a few that Jessica + Andy will get to relive forever!

Tallahassee, FL | Antique Car Museum

We started off the day with some formals & a first sight at the Westcott Plaza. Wanna see something crazy - here's the live webcam.

Must have been the right gift! :-)

Rockin' the FSU socks.

Oh my. Coordinating shades... nice!

Jess & Andy told us way back at their enagegment session that they just aren't serious people - that they'd much rather goof around and have a good time than get all lovey-dovey - so you'll see a lot more of that spirit reflected throughout the day. Their wedding was definitely "them" - and what more can you ask for?

St. John's Episcopal is a venerable establishment located right in the heart of Tallahassee.

Another note of thanks to our good friend and sometimes third shooter Michael B Johnston for being johnny-on-the-spot & nailing the overview featured on the left! Be sure to swing by the Michael B Johnston Photography blog to keep up with MJ's daily events and perhaps see more of Jess & Andy's Tallahassee wedding from his perspective.

SWAK.

Andy's mom took care of all of the catering. I absolutely cannot remember the name of the company (although it should be so easy...). Jess, leave a comment and be sure to mention that name for me!

The cakes were created by Andy's sister - a whole family of culinary artists!

Wow.

A popcorn bar! What a fantastic idea - and for tying everything into FSU with the containers and naming - you get a smarty pants award!

This was the movie music first dance to end all movie music first dances! What was it - a 15 song medley? At least! Great work guys!!!

It was really something.

The sendoff. Congratulations, Noles!!!

Hillary & George had a fantastic wedding in Tampa, FL this past October. Here are a few images from the day to whet your appetite.

Meet Hillary.

Hillary has two sisters and George has two brothers - a perfect balance for their close knit bridal party.

Welcome George.

Have we mentioned how much we love Greek ceremonies?

The newlyweds.

The puppy dog managed to sneak into a few formals.

Dashing, meet Lovely.

These two were rockin' the golf course.

A fun first dance.

Greek dancing rocks my socks.

Congratulations guys!!! Lots more goodness to come in just a couple of short weeks.

Elizabeth & Justin had a wonderful festive weekend planned for their guests this past October. The background for the wedding - the city of New Orleans. Perhaps my favorite sentiment from this wedding was the welcome toast delivered by Justin at the rehearsal dinner. He thanked their guests for travelling to New Orleans, and admitted that EVERYONE had to travel. He explained that they had selected New Orleans as a halfway point between Texas & Florida, and that in their own small way, they wanted to be a part of bringing New Orleans back. He asked all of the guests to go back to their homes, and spread the word - that New Orleans is indeed alive again. What a fantastic & selfless act for a wedding weekend.

A love note from Justin.

New Orleans Museum of Art

Meet Elizabeth. Side note - Meg has a fascination with chandeliers & frames. She insisted on these shots making the sneak peek! She loves Johnathan Adler furniture too...but it's not in the picture. Just thought I'd mention that.

A toast to the new couple.

Meet Justin. A first sight.

Elizabeth's niece drew this adorable illustration of the upcoming festivities at the New Orleans Museum of Art. Too cute.

NOMA.

The ketubah signing.

Just married = part 1.

What a fabulous venue for a wedding ceremony.

The staff performed a miracle change-over following the ceremony & readied the room for dancing.

Check out the layering on the right. Jazzy.

Justin's grooms 'cake' came in the form of an awesome ice cream bar (smarty pants!) set up with a toppings lineup and marble slabs with staff at the ready to whip up a custom flavor, this was a HUGE hit! The big pretty cake to the right never stood a chance!

OMG -- we LOVE this image!!! Yes, I realize we TOOK the image. But still...LOVE this image.

Not bad either...

And the crowning jewel. What an expression. Congratulations Elizabeth & Justin!!! We'll have the rest of the images ready for you first thing next week.
