Well, is it really any surprise that Kaitlin's fantastic bridal shoot ran away with the award during our most recent voting period? As Jess so nicely summed up in her comment on the original post: "OMG!! Your hair!! Your eyes!! Your shoes!!! Just GORGEOUS!!!" Indeed.

Okay, so I have to take a minute to drool and tell you about the AMAZING food and presentation!
To begin, you should know that there were FOUR fireplaces in this space - and all four were put to good use. The first was the backdrop to the ceremony (pictured above)...
The second - pictured below - was a sinfully yummy part of cocktail hour... With blocks of cheese mounted fireside that gently melted on to revolving plates beneath... |
| The third warmed and cooked all manner of wild game and stews... notice the meat that hung fireside all morning, cooking as it spun on string. |
| The wonderful spread of fresh fruits and all sorts of baked treats to accompany... |
The fondue medley at fireplace four! Caramel, dark chocolate, and white chocolate were served in individual ramekins to the guests - as well as a few photographers ;)

| Thank you J&J, so very much, for taking us with you and allowing us to be a part of your lives during this most special time. I think we could easily go into retirement years from now having never topped this experience, due in large part to the company we kept that week. We love you guys! |
