Today I'm excited to share the picturesque Jacksonville, Florida wedding of Taylor + Stuart. We met Taylor back several years ago at the Tampa wedding of her big brother MacKay and sister-in-law Lauren, who now have a baby girl! It's always so exciting to see past MBP clients at weddings - and even more exciting to earn the trust and confidence of families that hire us again and again. As if knowing these two through their Tallahassee engagement session wasn't motivation enough to bring our 'A game' on their wedding day - we knew everyone else also had high expectations - so we really wanted to deliver... |

How fantastic are the red doors of the First Presbyterian Church in Jacksonville?

As with most church ceremonies, we were restricted to the back of church - but even from our far-away seats, you could see Stuart's smile as Taylor walked down the aisle...

The reception was held at the oh-so-beautiful Epping Forest Yacht Club.

This shot makes me smile - all former Meg Baisden Photography newlyweds! From left to right ... Drew + Lindsay (St Augustine, FL - April 2009), Stuart + Taylor (Jacksonville, FL - June 2010), and Lauren + MacKay (Tampa, FL - September 2007). Happy happy happy.

Taylor is just one of the kindest women... it's cliche, I know - but as beautiful inside as out.

T+S had really great food stations dotting the reception - everything from freshly prepared stir-fries to custom pasta dishes, made to order. YUM!

We've seen lots of ice cream at weddings these past two years - from passed cones to build-your-own-sundae bars - this is one trend I am totally digging!

Taylor is our ... well, I don't know ....at least 6th - but I think it's more than that - Alpha Delta Pi bride from Florida State University. We've had the wonderful honor to find a mini-fan club of ADPI Seminoles over the years that we continue to receive referrals through and (my favorite) run into at weddings... These fellow FSU alums have been such a wonderful blessing to our business over the years - a shout out of recognition here is the very least I can do to say THANK YOU for your continued support...

Stuart, you are now an honorary ADPI!

Thanks so much for bringing us back into your lives for another special day - it was such an honor!
xoxo,
Meg + Charles |
