We were able to spend a little time this past weekend photographing Monicha and Kamerion in Tallahassee at Maclay Gardens. It was so great spending a little more time with these two - they are an amazing pair that compliment one another so well. Monicha has this contagious smile… we are really looking forward to the big day guys!

Oh, and if you enjoy a little pigskin and were planning to tune into the upcoming 2006 NFL draft - keep an ear out for the name Kamerion Wimbley! He just finished his senior season with FSU and early predictors have him tagged as a first round pick!! We’ll keep you posted.

Lucinda

It was an overcast day up until this very moment in the ceremony. As she came round the corner, ready to walk down the garden aisle, the clouds seemed to part and the sun broke through as if just for her. I love this image - everytime I see it, I am reminded of that almost magical moment.

There’s this moment, in almost every ceremony, when the bride and groom look at each other and you can see it ’set in’ - the eyes light up and the muscles relax as if to say “we are finally here and we are really doing this.” It’s so awesome to be witness to that glance.

These two have this quiet intensity that translated so well in the photographs…
