June 2006

We were in St Augustine for such a short time for Jen + Zack’s wedding - but I wanted to get in some of the sights - so to appease my sight-seeing needs - Charles took me on a car tour around the city. We’ve shot there before - but we never seem to have much personal time to enjoy the sights - so here’s just a taste of what I was able to see from my passenger-side window.

DISCLAIMER: All images shot out the window of a moving vehicle! :)

Charles and I had the great privelege of traveling to St Augustine to photograph the nuptials of Jen & Zach at the end of May. The entire wedding was held in Historic Saint Augustine Village in the downtown area - just two blocks from the Casa Monica where the guests were staying. It was such a beautiful, intimate wedding - and it was an honor to be a part of the weekend.

Joseph was quite emotional - so sweet.

Sand ceremony - similar idea to a unity candle

I can’t help it - I love it when a man cries!

The other thing that I just melt over is that first real “moment” after the ceremony when the couple shares that first embrace … it gives me goose bumps

One of my favorites

The handsome couple (Wendy was a Hawaiian Tropic model - so my job was really too easy)

Y’all might remember these two from their blog enteries following their engagement session and Kristin’s bridal session. Well, they are back and they are hitched!
