I’ve had two different discussions this week already with brides who have said they have left a voicemail at the office number - both of which I haven’t received! Now, we are checking voicemail daily and are getting messages regularly - so I’m not certain if our phone system was temporarily “on the blink” or if they, perhaps, called the wrong number - as neither remember hearing our message when the phone went to voicemail…

SO - with that said - if you do call during off-hours and you reach voicemail and then don’t hear back in a timely manner - please call again or send an email. I have tech support looking at our recent history and will post any changes or interruption of service (if any) here.
