As some of you might already know, we are in beautiful Savannah, GA right now enjoying the sights and local cuisine this week leading up to our wedding in Hilton Head, SC on Saturday. (*so excited*) This is a pretty big deal for us - being out of the office during the week. This must be the first “weekend” (smack in the middle of a work week!) we’ve had in… well, forever almost. So we had the week all planned out - lunch at Paula Deen’s Lady & Sons, shopping in City Market, a walking tour, etc… And I just realized that the Project Runway Season Finale is tomorrow! ACK!!
Somehow in my excitement I completely forgot about the finale! (I have been watching this series religiously since the pilot episode of the first season.) So instead of spending our evening out on the town, we will be ordering in and curling up to tune into Bravo.
Charles is so great - so understanding; I asked him if he would be upset if we skipped an evening out and opt for PR instead and he says to me “of course not - you are like a (PR) junkie. You need that fix. I am simply your enabler.” I thought about it for a second, then asked “so, you’re kinda like my dealer then?” “Something like that” he said.
So this addict will be on the edge of her King size bed in Savannah, GA tomorrow evening. Anyone else watching?

“Hi, my name is Ashlee and I am a Project Runway addict.” (So ready for the finale - I love Michael, but Jeffery’s collection looks really cool, so he better show). Hope you are having a blast in Savannah - we actaully just got back from there yesterday (spent our 1 year anniversary touring the city). You must go on the ghost tour. (We went with Savannah Walks’ Ghost tour and it was great). If you like live jazz, go to Jazz’d Tapas - it’s wonderful!

Ashlee-
THANK YOU SO MUCH for the recommendations! We totally took you up on Tapas at Jazz’d - which was probably the best part of our trip! We took some kind of bus tour instead since it looked like it might rain that afternoon - although it never did. That was a nice way to spend our first morning - as we were able to preview the area before taking off by foot! I can’t believe it looks like we might have overlapped each other by a day (we drove up on Sunday after a bridal session). Small world! And a big congratulations on your one year anniversary - gosh, how time flies!

I hope you enjoyed Savannah. I checked out your blog because I often look to see what comes up when I google Paula Deen. I photograph her magazine and I love to see when people check her out when they are in Savannah she is an amazing person.
Your photography is great and I have enjoyed viewing your blog
