Someone told me it was 81 degrees outside today at the Blue Angel’s Homecoming Airshow & Fireworks Display at the Pensacola Naval Air Station. I’m not sure if he was reporting fact or not, but I can tell you it was HOT! More than once I thought “is it seriously the middle of November?!”

anyone? anyone? (I hope my humor is not lost on all… leave a comment if you get my title!)
Moving on…
Charles has a thing for hot sauce. He puts it on EVERYTHING! Meats, eggs, sandwiches, soups - most foods. And for a long time, it was “his” thing (I’m not much for Tabasco sauce, myself) - but then he introduced me to a whole new world of toppings - and now I have a new favorite! We actually love this stuff so much, and couldn’t find it in any of three grocery stores we went to locally, that we jumped online and ordered an entire case! Good stuff, I tell ya:
Our case o’ twelve:

This should last us a while:

I totally recommend it - Bee Sting Honey N’ Habanero Pepper Sauce

And here’s our little bee Madison protecting Mom’s sauce (she is so not happy to be in costume!):

I love my bees!

Okay, birthday girl - here you go - your very own big blog post! Makes it all feel so real, eh? Charles and I had such an awesome time at your bridal session - work should always be this fun!
Introducing our first-ever nighttime bridal session!
First, Jessica and her sister, who was a good sport to dress up and support her big sis!:

Sporting her mom’s veil (yes, this means her mom actually wore this veil down the aisle before Jess was born!):

Jessica showing off her crazy cool posing skills:

My personal favorite:

Happy Jessica - must’ve been something I said…

Thank you to Jessica for “going there” with me on this one. We set up the shot, and I said it kind of reminded me of Alice in Wonderland with the sleeping pill - so she obliged, and gave me a yawn. I think it’s kinda cool - in a totally fake way:

An ode to the L-O-N-G veil:

Jessica came to the shoot with this setup in mind. I was excited to make her vision a reality; I love it when my clients make me look good!

Looking forward to the wedding at the end of 2006!

A shout-out to our self-proclaimmed number one blog stalker and fan - Jessica - on her birthday!!
We just spent an awesome evening with Jessica and her family last night at her bridal session - and all I can say is “WOW!!” (I can’t wait to share many more photos from our awesome shoot here later!) Here’s a little sneak preview for the birthday girl, who was having so much fun with us - she was late to her own party! :

Hope it’s happy!

I’ve been so excited to share photos from Laura and Josh’s BEAUTIFUL Tallahassee wedding! We had such an awesome day with y’all - it’s hard to consider it “work” when you enjoy it so much! … And Laura, (I know you’re reading this!!) - tell your momma I meant every word I said - y’all did an amazing job pulling every little detail together. As we were leaving, I heard one of your guests saying to another “this is one of the BEST weddings I have ever been to!” < ---I couldn't agree more!
Without further ado...
