As promised, here is a bit of information on the resort where the weekend wedding was hosted: Steinhatchee Landing. It was an incredible place that has hosted the likes of President Jimmy Carter (while he was in office), and the Kennedy family. Way cool. Here are a handful of images from the actual wedding day.

Robyn had a really awesome concept for a group shot following the ceremony. With the help of a really tall ladder, we we’re able to get everyone together in one shot!

Continuing with the rustic theme, Steinhatchee Landing had this awesome classic car parked on the property.

This was a first for us — it was the first time we had the opportunity to put on a photo booth. These things have been all the rage in the wedding magazines lately. To make a long story short — Robyn had hired a local photographer for the booth…the girl got her dates confused, showed up on Friday to setup her photo booth, and was unavailable for the actual wedding day. We stepped in & saved the day. :-) Overall, it was a success considering that we had 6 hours of notice to set everything up!

Robyn + JR were married this past October in a tiny little fishing town called Steinhatchee, FL. Turns out, it is one of the most relaxing, most charming places we have ever worked!!! It was a gem! I’ll elaborate on the resort a bit in my next post. For now, I wanted to warm you up with a handful of images from their backyard BBQ rehearsal dinner!

The table was set for an evening BBQ.

I thought this was a clever idea. To the woman with corn…my apologies! :-)

There’s something about lights on a string that just looks fabulous…

I love the scene the Meg was able to paint with this image…this is a great example of TWO angles being utilized in the same moment. One camera is fixed on the sky, while the other is illustrating the experience.
